- Eggs: 8
- Prawns: 1 pond
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Ajinomoto(Chinese salt): ¼ tsp
- Oil: two teaspoon
- Salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
- Water: one cup

- Beat eggs and mix salt, Ajinomoto, and ground black pepper.
- Heat the chicken broth and one cup water and pour over eggs slowly.
- Add prawns too. Cut in small pieces if they are big.
