Baingan Aloo Masala Recipe(Bringle & Potato)
Bringle (Baingan/Bangon ) is a unique vegetable as it is cooked in different ways. We have come up with a very flavorful and tasty recipe which is called Baingan Aloo Masala Recipe. Ingredients to prepare Dhaba style Baingan Aloo Masala Recipe
Potatoes Half Kg
Bringle (Baingan/Bangon ) Half Kg
Onions (two Medium )
Tomatoes (Two medium )
Garlic and Ginger paste one spoon
Red chili Powder(one Tsp )
Salt 1/2 teaspoon(or to taste)
Allspice Masala(Garam masala ) 1 Tsp
Green chilies (Three to five ) to Garnish
Oil/ Ghee
Cooking Instructions
Peel off the skin of Bringle (Baingan/Bangon ) cut in small pieces
put oil in cooking pan and put the tingly sliced onions
Keep cooking until the color of onions changes to pink
Now add salt, Red chili powder, and Garam Masala
Now add Tomatoes
Now add Potatoes in Masala
Once Potatoes is half fried then add Bringle (Baingan/Bangon )
Now Mix it with masala
Now cover the lid and keep cooking on low flame
Once it is cooked then add sliced green chilies and serve hot with roti/rice
