BAAM Fish with Special Pakora Recipe
Today we are sharing BAAM Fish with a Special Pakora Recipe By Cook With Erum.Fish is one of the best forms of meat. It is extremely delicious and full of nutrients. Baam is a type of fish found in different parts of the world. It is very much famous in Asia. This is energetic and delicious. Today we are making fried Bam fish in a totally different way. It is just as good as you eat it in a restaurant. Making anything at home is the best way to enjoy food.so let’s make it.
Ingredients:
1.Baam Fish(1/2 kg)
2.Chili Flakes (1 tsp)
3.Salt(1/2 tsp)
4.Ajwain(1 tsp)
5.Garam Masala(1 tsp)
For batter:
1.Gram Flour(Besan)(1 cup)
2.Chili powder(1/2 tsp)
3.Salt(1/2 tsp)
4.Ajwain(1/2 tsp)
Method:
Take Half a Kg Bam Fish
Wash and marinate with Chili flakes, salt,ajwain and garam masala all 1 tsp bt salt 1/4 tsp leave for a half-hour at least
In a bowl take 1 cup Gram flour(Besan) add 1/2 tsp chilli powder,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp ajwain
Mix well add water and make a batter
Add fish pieces in batter one by one and apply a coating
Fry the fish pieces in hot oil one by one
Cook till fish is half cooked on medium flame
Dish out half-cooked fish at this stage
Take 1 large onion(sliced) add one cup gram flour(besan)
Now add 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Add 1 tsp chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp ajwain
Add water and make a fine batter for pakora
Fry till pakoras are golden brown and ready
Add half cooked fish in the same oil again
Fry till fish is fully cooked then dish it out
Serve with Naan and Sauces
