Beef canton style Recipe
Beef meat is one of the favorite dishes in Pakistan and Especially all across the USA. Beef canton style is one of the best beef dishes and its beef recipe is developed with Chinese cuisine ingredients
Ingredients required for Beef canton style:
- Beef fillets ½ kg
- Capsicum: 2 large
- Soya sauce: 6 tablespoon
- Red capsicum: 1
- Corn starch: ½ tsp
- Salt and Ajinomoto: ½ tsp each
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
- Green chilies: 4
- Oil: ½ cup
- Green onion: 4
- Ginger: thin slices: ½ tsp
- Garlic cloves: 2 chopped
Cooking Directions for Beef canton style recipe :
- Cut thin slices of meat.mix 2 tsp vinegar, 3 tsp soya sauce, and cornstarch.
- Remove seeds from the chilies and cut thinly lengthwise.
- Cut onions two inches long.
- Heat oil.Fry ginger and garlic.
- Add onion and capsicum and fry on high heat.
- Add a pinch of salt and take out vegetables from the wok
- Pour oil in the wok and fry meat on high flame.
- Let the meat take golden color and add remaining soya sauce, vegetables, salt and Ajinomoto.
- Cook for another minute and then serve hot with rice.
