Beef Steak with Sauce
Beefsteak is one of the most liked beef dishes in the World. Beef is usually served as Beef and Vegetable but BeefSteak is a unique dish as it is normally eaten with Beef Steak sauce. It is made in different ways and in this post we have developed the best beef steak Recipe.
Ingredients required for Beef Steak
- Beefsteak: 1 pound
- Water: 1/3 cup
- Egg yolk: 1
- Finely chopped ginger: ½ teaspoon
- Oil: 2 tablespoon
- Corn starch: 1,1/2 teaspoon
- Soyasauce:2 teaspoon
- Peanut oil: 2 teaspoon
- Baking soda:1/4 teaspoon
Ingredients for Beef Steak sauce
- Soya sauce:2 teaspoon
- Barbecue sauce: 2 teaspoon
- Salt and sugar: ¼ teaspoon each
- Water: 1 tablespoon.
Cooking Directions to prepare Beef Steak:
- Beat ¼ inches beef steaks with a wooden hammer.
- Mix egg yolk, soya sauce, baking soda, corn starch, oil and water with the steaks.
- Leave for one hour and keep turning the steaks during this time.
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in the wok and fry steaks on both sides.
- Take out steaks from the wok and add sauce ingredients in it.
- While it is hot, add steaks to it and mix well.
- Decorate with tomato slices on the serving platter.
