Bhalla Pakoriyan(Dahi Phulkiyan) Recipe

Ingredients To prepare Chaat Bhalla Pakoriyan Chaat
Pakoriyan (150 Gram )
Bhalla (Four)
Onions (one large)
Cabbage (sliced one cup)
Chat Masala
Ingredients To prepare Imli and Aloo Bukhara Sauce for Bhalla Pakoriyan Chaat
Imli/Tamarind (50 Gram)
Aloo Bukhara/ Plumb (4-5)
Salt(1/4 spoon)
Sugar(one teaspoon)
Yogurt half Kg
Instructions to prepare Imli and Aloo Bukhara sauce(chutney)
Boil little Tamarind and Plumb with sugar and salt and make a thick chutney/Sauce
Ingredients required to prepare Green Sauce for Bhalla Pakoriyan(Dahi Phulkiyan) Chaat
Yogurt(Three spoons)
Green Chilies (2)
Green coriander(one cup)
Mint Leaves(10-12 leaves)
Cumin Seeds(half spoon)
Salt(1/4 spoon)
Suger(one teaspoon)
Onions(few slices)
Ingredients for Green Chatni
Instructions to prepare Green Chatni sauce
Make a green sauce by mixing and blending Yogurt, Green Chilies, Green coriander, Mint Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Salt and Sugar
Cooking Instructions to make Bhalla Pakoriyan Chaat sauce
Soak Bhalla and Pakoriyan in water for Twenty Minutes
For Cabbage, Onions, and Potatoes
Chop thin layers of Onions and wash them with water.
Boil and make small pieces of Aloo(Potatoes)
Chop Cabbage
How to prepare Bhalla Pakoriyan chaat
Now squeeze water from Bhalla and Pakoriyan
Put Bhalla(s) and Pakoriyan in a bowl
Bhalla Pakoriyan(Dahi Phulkiyan) Chaat
Add a little yogurt, green sauce, Tamarind and Plumb sauce, cabbage, and onions on Bhalla and Pakoriyan.
