Ingredients to make Bread Pakora Bites:
- Gram flour (Besan) 2 cups
- Bread Slices 6-8
- Chilli Flakes 1-2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Ajwain 2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 15-20
- Mint leaves 10-15
- Coriander Leaves
- Onion(chopped) 1 small
- Oil 2 cups (to fry)
Directions to Make Bread Pakora Bites:
- Take a large Bowl
- Add 2-3 cups of Gram flour in it. Now add all the dry spices mentioned above.
- Now add curry, mint, and coriander leaves in gram flour and mix everything very well.
- Now slowly add water to make a fine consistency it should neither be thick nor runny a medium consistency is required
- Also, add chopped onion and 1 tsp of vinegar batter is ready.
- Now cut the bread in little squares. Dip them in batter and fry them in oil on medium flame.
