Chicken Malai Boti Tikka Recipe|Whole Chicken on Grill
Chicken dishes are popular all over the world. In Asian countries, we can enjoy chicken at its best.BBQ is an excellent way of cooking to enjoy the yummy taste of meat and is very much healthy as well. Malai Boti Tikka is basically a Pakistani dish which has a different flavor of BBQ all spices merge well in the chicken and a combination of green and dried spices. This is a must-try recipe.
Directions:
Slit(or cut) the chicken from the middle with a sharp knife doesn’t separate the pieces.
Grind coriander leaves and green chilies to make a paste.
In a bowl take milk cream or malai (you can also use packet cream). Add red chili powder, salt,garam masala, and black pepper. Now add green chili paste to it. Mix well and apply to chicken.
Massage the whole chicken well also make small cuts throughout the chicken don’t make deep cuts. Massage again and leave for at least one hour.
Now in the outdoors or on rooftops heat up the coal in a BBQ container. Place the marinated chicken in the BBQ grill or on iron BBQ sticks.
BBQ the chicken by flipping it up and applying oil on it with a brush. Do not apply too much oil. Only little oil is required to avoid burning.
When it is ready remove it from coal and serve with Naan.
