Chinese Omelet Recipe
Ingredients Required:
Fish or chicken meat: 1/8 kg
Eggs: 3
Green onions: 2
Milk: 3 tablespoon
Ajinomoto ( Chinese salt): one pinch
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Finely chop the onion.
Beat eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper
Heat oil in a pan and fry small chicken pieces with onion and a pinch of salt.
Add the fried chicken to the beaten eggs.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in the pan and add the egg mixture. Fry on both sides for a golden brown shade.
