Chinese Spicy chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Dry red chillies 3 – 4
- Black pepper ½ tsp crushed
- Green chillies 250 gm
- Spring onion 1 – 2 sprigs
- Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- In pan heat oil, add sliced red chillies and fry till they begin to sizzle.
- Remove the chillies from the oil.
- In the same oil, add ginger, garlic and chicken.
- Stir-fry for 2 – 3 minutes on high flame till the oil forms a separate layer on top.
- Now add sliced green chillies and fry again for 1 – 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add stock, soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper and salt. Cook on a low flame.
- When the mixture starts to thicken, add fried red chillies and dish out.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
