Cocoa Candy Cake Recipe|Special Candy Cake
Cocoa candy cake is a special and unique cake recipe. This cake is decorated and covered in thick Cocoa cream syrup and Candy biscuit topping. You can also decorate this cake with candies or any sweets.
Ingredients to prepare Cocoa Candy Cake
Half cup butter/ghee
One cup of sugar powder
4 eggs
One and a half cup all-purpose flour(Maida)
Half cup Milk
One spoon of Baking powder
One spoon coca Powder
Ingredients For cake decoration
Candy Biscuits
Cream 200 Gram
Cocoa Powder one spoon
Sugar powder 1-2 spoon
Cooking Instructions
In a blender add 4 eggs and blend well
Add half a cup of milk to the blended eggs and keep blending
Add oil/ghee and blend
In a separate bowl add sugar powder in flour (maida)
Add one spoonful of Baking powder
Mix well with a spoon
Add the egg-sugar and ghee blended mixture in flour and mix well
Make a fine paste and add one spoonful of cocoa powder
Mix well and get a chocolate brown color
Take a container and grease with oil with the help of a brush
Spread a pinch of flour so the cake does not stick when it is ready
Now add the mixture in the container and spread well
Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Put the container in the oven
Back for 30-40 minutes(keep checking the container during this time)
Cake decoration and preparing the cream.
Mix sugar, milk powder, and cocoa powder.
Add this dry mixture to a half cup of cream and mix well
Cut the cake from mid with a sharp knife way
Add cream and spread
Add candy biscuits crushed
Place the top of the cake again
Add the cream on the top as well
Add candy biscuits crushed on the top
The coca Candy cake is ready
