Crispy Spring Rolls Recipe
Spring Rolls are one of the favorite foods for most people, especially young people and children. You can eat spring rolls as a snack and also with evening tea. In the Holy month of Ramadan, people specially prepare it for Atari. Spring rolls are crispy from the outside and stuffed with different ingredients m s and they are very tasty and flavourful.
Ingredients to prepare Spring Rolls:
1. Chicken boneless (½ kg)
2. Cabbage (Chopped finely) (1 cup)
3. Carrots (Chopped well) (1 cup)
4. Capsicum (Chopped) (½ cup)
5. Green spring onions (Chopped) (½ cup)
6. Salt (1 tsp)
7. Black Pepper powder (1 tsp)
8. Soya sauce (2 tbsp)
9. Ketchup (2 tbsp)
10. Vinegar (1 tbsp)
11. Roll Patti (Pastry sheets) (1 packet)
12. Oil (1 tbsp)
13. Oil for frying rolls
Method of Preparation of Spring Rolls:
Heat up little oil in a pan and add chicken to it fry it on low flame until the chicken is cooked. Now shred the chicken with the help of folk. Add cabbage, green onion leaves, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Keep the flame high. Strain the excess water and oil and let it cool.
Fill the mixture in the roll strip once it is cold. Spread flour mixture on the corner of spring rolls to bind them. Deep fry them in hot oil till they turn golden and crispy. Enjoy with ketchup or green sauce.
