Crunchy cheesy chicken donuts
Ingredients:
1.Chicken boneless ½ kg
2.Onion(1)
3.Mozzarella Cheese
4.Boiled Potatoes(3 medium)
5.Mustered powder(1 tsp)
6.Salt(1/2tsp) or to taste
7.Ginger garlic paste(1 tbsp)
8.Cumin powder(1 tbsp)
9.Red chili powder(1 tsp)
10.Tikka Masala(1 tsp)/All spice powder
11.Green Coriander (2 tbsp)(chopped)
12.Green chili (1) (crushed)
For Frying:
13.Plain Flour(as much as needed)
14.Eggs(2 beaten)
15.Bread Crumbs(as required)
Method:
Firstly put some oil in a pan/wok and when it gets heated add ginger garlic paste and stir for a few seconds now add boneless chicken in it and cook till it changes the color then add tikka masala/Allspice powder cook for 10 minutes till chicken is ready. Now remove the pan from the stove and let it cool.
In a chopper, the machine adds the ready chicken, boiled potatoes, Grated onion, cumin powder, green chili, green coriander, Mustard powder, and salt and chop well to make a fine batter.
Now to make donuts take little batter to make a ball with thumb press and make cone and place cheese inside and bind it. Now cut with a cutter to make the shape of a donut. Make donuts of all the batter.
Now take a deep pan and heat oil in it. Coat the donuts in flour then in egg and then in bread crumbs and fry them one by one. Keep frying till donuts get golden brown. Serve with sauce.
