Daal Maash (White) Fried (Quick Recipe)
Daal Maash is cooked in many different ways. This is a special Daal Mash recipe which you can make in very less time. You can prepare this recipe for any meal and especially for a side dish for any party. Daal mash is also called shahi daal and served in different hotels and restaurants. This particular recipe is called daal mash fried / White Daal Mash
Ingredients
Maash 250 gm
Salt
Red Chilies 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies (Three)
Ginger(Sliced)
Oil/Ghee
Cooking Instructions
Soak the daal mash for thirty minutes
Boil the daal maash with salt
Now add oil /Ghee in a pan and heat it up
Once Daal Mash is boiled add the daal in the pan with oil.
Now add all the daal and fry for a while.
Once Daal Maash is fried add Black pepper powder
Now add Red chili powder and Garam Masala
Cook for two minutes
Now add Green Chilies and Ginger sticks
