Dumba Boneless Karahi | Mutton/Lamb Dhaba Style boneless Karahi
Lamb or mutton is the best form of meat and has lots of nutrients which are best from a health point of view. Lamb/mutton has an excellent taste if is cooked on low flame without pressurizing and is the best way of cooking meat.
Today we are sharing an excellent recipe of lamb/mutton karahi which is usually available on small roadside Dhaba hotels and in Shamwari restaurants which are very costly. Try this recipe at home and enjoy.
Ingredients:
Boneless Lamb (½ kg)
Oil (1 cup)
Salt(1/2 tsp)
Garlic powder or paste(1 tsp)
Tomatoes(4 whole)
Black pepper (1 tsp)
Cooking Instructions:
Take Boneless mutton.
In a wok/pan heat 1 cup oil put mutton in it and fry.
Add 1/2 tsp (or to taste) salt. Add 1 glass of water and cover to cook.
Add 1 tsp Garlic powder or paste. Add 4 whole tomatoes do not slice.
Put the lid to cover and let them cook in steam.
After 5 minutes remove the lid and peel off tomatoes.
Now crush tomatoes with a spoon. Now add 1 tsp black pepper.
Mix well.
Try to put some fire in the pan
