Fried Steamed Chicken

This chicken recipe is a perfect dish for meat lovers. Its very crispy from outside and very tender and juicy from inside. Lemon and Vinegar makes the chicken meat very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil as required
  • Yogurt 250 gm. or one cup
  • Turmeric 1 tablespoon.
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons.
  • Garam masala 2 tablespoons.
  • Red chili 3 tablespoons (ground)

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil chicken with oil and water lightly.
  2. Make a paste of yogurt, red chili, garam masala, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar on boiled chicken.
  3. Steam the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the steamer and fry it in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. You can steam the chicken again for a few minutes.
  6. sprinkle with chat masala and lemon juice.
  7. Serve with vegetable salad.
