Gobi (Cauliflower) Chicken Recipe
Cauliflower(Gobi) is a beautiful vegetable that is a flower and is enjoyed in different ways. Some people like it as a salad just stir-fry cauliflower with black pepper and salt and enjoy it. Moreover, we can enjoy it as a cooked vegetable curry with bread or rice.
Today we are going to share a different recipe for Cauliflower with chicken which is an excellent combination of vegetable and meat to be enjoyed with bread or meat. This easy-to-make recipe is widely made by desi families in India and Pakistan and also by families of Asia living in other countries worldwide. So let’s make the recipe and enjoy!
Ingredients to Make Gobi Chicken:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Cauliflower 1 kg
- Onions 2 medium
- Tomatoes 2 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil half cup
Directions To make Gobi Chicken:
Slice the onions and fry them in oil.
Cut the chicken into small pieces u can also take boneless chicken.
When the onions turn pink add chicken and ginger garlic paste, and keep frying the chicken on low flame.
Now add all the dry spices to the chicken when the chicken changes the color add sliced tomatoes and fry a bit.
Separate the little flowers of cauliflower and add in chicken keep mixing and frying till Gobi is slightly cooked.
When ready serve it with bread and garnish it with green chilies and coriander.
