Homemade Bakery butter Cookies recipe-How to make perfect Bakery Biscuits at home?
Making Perfect Bakery Biscuits at home is always considered difficult. We have come up with an easy recipe to make perfect Bakery biscuits at home. You can prepare this Homemade Mixed Bakery Biscuits recipe for EID or for any normal days. These biscuits are very tasty and you can keep them in an airtight jar for a week or more.
Ingredients required to prepare Homemade Bakery Biscuits
Powdered Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Maida(All purpose Flour) 2 cups Full& ¼ Cup(optional to make perfect dough)
Egg one
vanilla / Kewra essence
Baking Powder(one Tsp)
Food color(Optional)
Cocoa Powder (Optional) one Tsp
Jam (Optional)
Instructions to make perfect dough for Homemade Bakery Biscuits
Mix Butter and Sugar well
Now mix two cups of all-purpose flour and Baking Powder
Add this flour in butter and sugar mixture.
Add one egg in the mixture
Mix well and add some vanilla / Kewra essence
You can add food color in the whole mixture or you may also add cocoa powder to make different colors and style cookies.
Note: You may add ¼ Cup flour in the mixture which is optional to make the perfect dough(mix only If required).
Baking Instructions
Brush the baking tray with oil and sprinkle some flour
Now Make different biscuits shape and place them in a baking tray
Now, Bake in Oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-degree centigrade.
