Zeera(Jeera) and Kalonji Bakery style Biscuits At Home Recipe
In this post, we have come up with an easy recipe to make sweet and salty-perfect Zeera (cumin seeds)and Kalonji biscuits at home. You can prepare this Homemade Mixed Bakery Biscuits recipe for EID or for any normal days. These aromatic butter cookies are very tasty and you can keep them in an airtight jar for a week or more.
Ingredients to prepare perfect Zeera-Kalonji cookies
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Powdered Suger 1/4cup
Butter 1/4cup
Maida(All purpose flour) 1 and half cup (Add flour gradually to make perfect dough )
Egg one
Food color
zeera(Jeera) (cumin seeds) one teaspoon
Klongi (Half tea Spoon)
Instructions to make perfect dough for Homemade Zeera -kalonji Biscuits
Mix Butter and Sugar well
Now add zeera and kalonji in the mixture
Note: You may also prepare separate zeera and Kalonji Cookies by mixing ingredients separately
Now mix all-purpose flour, salt, and Baking Powder
Add this flour in butter and sugar mixture.
Add one egg in the mixture
You can add food color in the whole mixture (Optional)
Note: You may add some more flour in the mixture which is optional to make the perfect dough(mix only If required).
Make different biscuits shape and place them in a baking tray
Now, Bake in Oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-degree centigrade.
