Hyderabadi Chicken Dum biryani
Hyderabadi Chicken dum biryani a special and unique dish. It is made in a different way. This aromatic Biryani has different names like Hyderabadi dum biryani Aurangabad, Hyderabadi Chicken dum biryani, and Chicken Masala Biryani. Ingredients
- Chicken one kg
- High-Quality Rice(One KG)
- Ginger paste (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
- Onions (Four Medium Size)
- Three green chili
- Kewra Essence
- Lemons Juice(Three spoons)
- Ten to Twelve mint leaves
- Small bunch of Fresh coriander
- Yogurt Half KG
- Salt To taste(About Three Spoon)
- Red Chilli Powder(one Tea Spoon)
- Garm Masala Powder(One Tea Spoon )
- Biryani Masala(One full Pack)
- Garm Masala(Three Cloves, two cinnamon sticks, green cardamom
- Green cardamom Powder(Half Tea Spoon)
- Cooking Oil or Ghee
Cooking Instructions
- Cut Onions Thinly and Fry in the Oil/Ghee
- Mix Ginger and Garlic paste, One Tea Spoon Salt, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Garm Masala Powder, and Biryani Masala In Yogurt and Chicken Meat.
- Crush the fried onions and add in chicken meat.
- Marinate the meat with mixed masala for three to four hours.
- Boil the Rice about 95% with salt and whole Garam Masala.
- Add Kewra Essence (Optional)
- Put the marinated chicken meat in a big cooking pot and add Four Spoon of oil/Ghee.
- Now add chopped mint leaves and Fresh coriander and Green Chillies
- Now add some Biryani Masala and green cardamom Powder.
- Now add Boiled Rice on top of Kacha Marinated Chicken Meat.
- Now add some food color
- Seal the Lid of the Pot with Flour and Water Mixture.
- Put it on Medium Flame for 12 minutes.
- Now put it on dum by keeping the flame very low for thirty minutes.
- Now remove to Flour(Atta) and Mix the rice and Enjoy the most Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani.
