Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Recipe (Kacha Gosht Biryani Original Recipe)
Biryani is a special dish in Pakistan and India. It is made in a different way and with different names like Karachi Biryani, Hyderabadi dum Biryani Aurangabad, Hyderabadi Chicken dum biryani, and Chicken Masala Biryani. In the post, we are Sharing the Hyderabadi Kacha Gosht Biryani Original Recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken one kg
- High-Quality Rice(One KG)
- Ginger paste (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
- Onions (Four Medium Size)
- Three green chilli
- Three to Four Lemons
- Ten to Twelve mint leaves
- Small bunch of Fresh coriander
- Yoghurt Half KG
- Salt To taste(About Three Spoon)
- Crushed Red chillies (Half Teaspoon)
- Red Chilli Powder(Half Tea Spoon)
- Garm Masala Powder(One Tea Spoon )
- Biryani Masala(One full Pack)
- Garm Masala(Three Cloves,one black cardamom,Half jaiphal (Nutmeg),Javitri (Mace))
- green cardamom Powder(Half Tea Spoon)
- Cooking Oil or Ghee
Cooking Instructions
- Cut Onions Thinly and Fry in the Oil/Ghee
- Mix Ginger and Garlic paste, One Tea Spoon Salt, Lemon Juice, Crushed Red chilies, Red Chilli Powder, Garm Masala Powder and Biryani Masala In yogurt and Chicken Meat.
- Crush the fried onions and add in chicken meat.
- Marinate the meat with mixed mas for three to four hours.
- Boil the Rice about 90% with salt and Three Cloves, one black cardamom,Half jaiphal (Nutmeg),one forth spoon Javitri (Mace) .
- Put the marinated chicken meat in a big cooking pot and add Four Spoon of oil/Ghee.
- Now add chopped mint leaves and Fresh coriander and Green Chillies
- Now add some Biryani Masala and green cardamom Powder.
- Now add Boiled Rice on top of Kacha Marinated Chicken Meat.
- Seal the Lid of the Pot with Flour and Water Mixture.
- Put it on Medium to High Flame on seven to Ten Minutes.
- Now cook for another five minutes for five minutes in low to Medium Flame.6
- Now put it on dum by keeping the flame very low.
- Cook for twenty-five to thirty minutes on Dum.
- Now remove to Flour(Atta) and Mix the rice and Enjoy the most flavoured Biryani.
