Ubtan is a mixture of all useful herbs which are extremely useful for skin and work like a magic on your skin. The best thing about this is that any ingredient used in Ubtan has no side effects.

Ingredients and Method:

*Dry orange peel(1 bowl)

*Barely or Jo(1 bowl)

*Marigold flowers or genda(1 bowl)

*Gram flour(besan)(1 bowl)

*Amba Haldi(half bowl)

*Yogurt(1 spoon)

Dry Orange peel is an antioxidant and antibacterial agent it exfoliates skin removes acne, suntan, pigmentation, and acne scars

Barley or jo ka aata exfoliates the skin and absorbs excess oil from the skin and provides a natural glow

Gender r marigold flowers have anti-inflammatory properties removes tan and dullness from skin and provides skin a natural glow

Gram flour (besan) is an acne fighter, tan lighter, and reduces excess oil from the skin

Amba Haldi has potassium, magnesium, vitamin E,C & Kit fights pimples, pigmentation, wrinkles exfoliates the skin, and evens skin tone

Now add all the ingredients in a grinder and grind them

For Paste:

TO make paste we need

Yogurt has lactic acid it reduces wrinkles &lines, tightens the skin, and shrinks pores

Add milk which has lactic acid it gives a natural glow and brightens the skin

Rosewater provides freshness and glows to the skin(optional)

Mix well and make a paste

Almond oil (optional) has vitamin e and antioxidants it is best for reducing tan and dullness and is the best moisturizer (optional)

Organic & nutritious Ubtan paste is ready

Apply it on your clean face hands and feet

Leave it for 15-20 minutes

After 15 minutes scrub it well with wet hands and remove it

Scrub for 2 minutes thoroughly and then wash

Results are excellent
