Irani beef masala tikka is a combination of green and dried spices that are easily available all over the world. Beef Masala Tikka is the recipe that is going to be part of your party menu forever.
Ingredients for Beef Masala Tikka:
- Beef (Boneless) 1 kg
- Lemon 2-4
- Amchoor Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Powder 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Green Chillies Chopped 1 tsp
- Mint & coriander leaves Chopped 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Directions To Make Beef Masala Tikka:
Wash the boneless beef and put it in a large bowl
Squeeze 1 or 2 lemons on beef and mix well.
Now add all the Spices mentioned above and mix well.
Add yogurt 1 cup on top of beef with spices and marinate well with a spoon or hands.
Now leave the marinated beef in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If u want to leave it for more hours or overnight u have to leave it in the freezer .
In outdoor or on rooftop ready a try with ignited coal to BBQ the Beef. You can also Grill it but we have used BBQ sticks
Keep turning sides and brushing beef with oil for Half an hour until beef is cooked well and changes color
