Kacha Keema kabab is a famous dish that is highly liked and served by Asian people. Kacha keema Kabab is an essential part of BBQ parties. We can cook it in the kitchen without coal or a BBQ stand the best way to enjoy the real flavor of Kacha keema kabab is to cook it on low heat and marinate it for at least 2 hours. As you can see in the video we have fried the kababs in oil on medium flame and these are looking fantastic. So let’s start the recipe and enjoy making it together.
Ingredients to Make Kacha Keema Kabab:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Onion chopped 4 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2 crushed
- Lemon 1
- Papaya(option) tbsp
- Oil to fry
Directions To Make Kacha Keema Kabab:
In a large bowl take beef mince and add all the dry spices in it.
Now add Gram Flour as it helps kababs to avoid breakage of Kabab
Now add chopped onions, Crushed green chilies, Chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste or powder, squeeze the lemon, and add papaya if u like it or want to cook urgently.
After adding all the ingredients we will mix and massage all the ingredients in mince with gloves and make medium size kababs and put aside.
In a wok add some oil heat it till hot and start frying the kababs one by one.
Keep the flame medium and continue turning the sides of the kababs till they are golden brown.
Similarly, fry all the Kababs and serve them with green sauce or ketchup.
