Kulya Pulao(Mutton & Rice Dish )
Kulya Pulao(Mutton & Rice Dish ) is a different and delicious recipe made from rice and meatballs. Meat mince can vary according to your ease and availability of meat. This is a excellent recipe to be served in a feast or in the regular menu of dinner and lunch.
Ingredients required to prepare Kulya Pulao Curry
1. Mutton minces (1 kg)
2. Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
3. Salt (1 tsp)
4. Black pepper (1 tbsp)
5. All spices powder (1 tbsp)
Ingredients required For Rice and Dum:
1. Rice (1 kg)
2. Chili Sauce (½ Cup)
3. Salt (to taste)
4. Black pepper (to taste)
Cooking instructions :
Take mince in a bowl and add salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and allspice powder (garam masala) and mix well and leave for half-hour. Then make small balls and fry them till mince is cooked.
In another pan boil the rice in salted water. Boil the rice till they are 95 %cooked.
Spread the boiled rice in the bottom of the pan then dip the mince balls in chili sauce and layer on rice again spread rice on top in this way make layers and spread the remaining ketchup, chili sauce, and black pepper on the top and put the pan on lowest flame for 5 mints. Mix rice and balls without breaking them and serve. Yummy rice is ready.
