Macaroni with Mince:
Macaroni is a narrow tube-shaped form of pasta made from durum wheat commonly known as elbow macaroni. Macaroni is sold in food stalls and its very tasty snack. You can prepare Macaroni with Mince at Home and serve it in dinner or lunch or you can also serve it as salad or side dish for Party.
Ingredients required to prepare Macaroni with Mince:
1.1 Packet of Macaroni Pasta
2.2 large Tomatoes (chopped)
3.1 medium onion (chopped)
4.Mince (beef or chicken) (½ Kg)
5. Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
6.Any kind of Cheese (for sprinkling)(optional)
7. Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
8. Red Chili Powder (1 tsp) (or to taste)
9. Salt (to taste)
10. Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
11. Green Capsicum (3 chopped)
13. Green chilies (2 chopped)
14. Tomato Ketchup (1 bowl)
15. Oil (½ cup)
Cooking Instructions for Macaroni with Mince :
In a large wok/pan add 10 cups of water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil and heat the water till boiling.
When water starts boiling add macaroni in it and lets it cook for 8- 10 minutes. Now strain macaroni in a strainer. Do not cook the macaroni too much.
Separately in a pan heat oil, add mince and fry until it changes the color keep the flame medium. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cover to cook for a few minutes. Mix in the tomatoes and cook until the juice wilts from the tomatoes. Now add onions and cook till they get a little soft then add chopped capsicum and cover the pan for 2 minutes. Add the reserved pasta and tomato ketchup don’t cook remove the pan from the stove.
Add the coriander leaves for garnishing. Yummy macaroni is ready.
