Ingredients Required :
- Eggs: 4
- Capsicum, onion, tomato: 1 each
- Potatoes: 200 Gram
- Green coriander: few leaves
- Green chillies:3 medium
- Salt: To Taste
- Red chili: to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Chop potatoes finely.
- Remove all the seeds from capsicum and cut it square pieces.
- Cut onions into square pieces.
- Now Chop green coriander and green chilies.
- Beat eggs and add salt, chilies and one tablespoon of water.
- Fry potatoes in two tablespoons.
- When the potatoes are soft, add other vegetables and salt.
- When once the vegetables are tender, remove from heat and let them cool.
- When they are cool, add in the beaten eggs.
- Take an eight-inch pan and heat two tablespoons of oil in it.
- Now Spread the egg batter in it.
- When the omelet is golden underneath, change the side. Be careful that the omelet keeps its shape intact.
- This omelet can be fried in two parts depending on the size of the pan.
