Ingredients
- Mutton 1 kg
- Onion medium:3
- Cinnamon: 3-4 small sticks
- Green cardamom: 6
- Dried plums: 10-12
- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoon
- white Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Clove (long): 6
- Garam masala: 1 tablespoon
- Biryani Masala: 1 tablespoon
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoon
- Red pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
- Coriander and mint leaves: 1 cup
- Tomatoes: 2
- Rice: 750 Gram
- Salt to taste
- Boiled Eggs: 4
- Food Color
Cooking Directions
- Boil water in a pot with salt, cloves cardamom, and green cardamom.
- Add rice in the boiling water.
- Brown onions in the oil.
- Boil the Mutton Until its cooked and water is dried and Fry Mutton in a pan in a little oil.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fried onions.
- Also add green cardamom, cumin seeds, and cloves
- Cook for five minutes on low heat and then add tomatoes and all dry spices.
- Add plum(Al-Bukhari).
- Add one cup of water and cook until all ingredients are mixed.
- Place the layer of rice in a pan and then a layer of mutton curry. Put a layer of rice again on the top with food color, put coriander, and mint lastly and put the boiled eggs.
- Put the Biryani to steam for a few minutes and serve hot.
