Mutton Kaleji Masala Recipe | Bakra Eid Mutton Liver Curry
We are sharing a tasty and delicious Mutton Kaleji Masala Recipe by Erum Salman. This recipe is specially made for cooking Mutton Kaleji /Liver on Bakra Eid. You may also enjoy this recipe on any other day of the year. It’s full of flavor and taste. You can prepare this recipe to make Kaleji curry without any smell.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Mutton Kalagi
Salt One Teaspoon
Red chili powder One Teaspoon
Black Zeera One Teaspoon
Gram Masala One Teaspoon
Haldi powder 1/2 Tsp
Take-Two medium Chopped Onions
Green Chilies 4-5
Ginger&Garlic paste one Teaspoon
Tomatoes two large
Ginger Sticks and Green chilies to Garnish
Cooking Instructions Mutton Kaleji Masala
In a Wok Take two large spoon of Oil/Ghee and fry the onions
Now add Ginger&Garlic Paste
Now add Tomatoes
Now cover the Wok and cook
Once all the onions and tomatoes are cooked and Mixed and Oil is separated then add all the spices
Now add Mutton Kalagi
Mix the kalagi with masala
Now cover the Wok so Kaleji is cooked
Once the Kaleji water is dried and Oil is separated then cook fry kalagi on medium heat
Now add some green chilies
Now add little water and cook on high flame so the Kaleji is thoroughly cooked
Cover with lid
Once Kaleji is cooked and oil is separated the add Green chilies and Ginger sticks
Add some fresh coriander
Mutton Kalagi Masala is Ready
Put in serving Plate and serve with roti or Nan!
