Mutton Masala Korma Recipe With Homemade Masala
Qorma is an Asian dish made from mutton, beef or chicken. It is mostly used in wedding dinners, Parties and also is commonly used in homes as a regular dish in the lunch or dinner menu. It is served with bread and rice both. Qorma has excellent taste and is loved by all members of the family who like to eat meat.
Today we are sharing our extremely easy and delicious recipe of mutton Qorma which is entirely different from the regular Qorma. It is easy to make and you will love it.
Ingredients:
1.Mutton(1/2 kg)
2.Yogurt(1 cup)
3.Cinnamon sticks(2)
4.Cloves(4)
5.Cardomen green(2)
6.Green chilies(2 paste)
7.Garam masala(all spice powder)(1 tsp)
8.Coriander powder(1 tsp)
9.Dara Mirch(1/2 tsp)
10.Red chili powder(1/2 tsp)
11.Cumin(1 tsp)
12.Ginger garlic paste(1 tbsp)
13.Onions (2 medium chopped)
14.Oil (1 cup)
Cooking Instructions:
Take 1/2 kg mutton. Take one cup of yogurt.
Take 2 cinnamon sticks,4 cloves,2 green Cardoman,2 green chilli paste
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala,1 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp dara mirch,
1/2 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp cumin Mix all the spices in yogurt.
Take 2 medium onions to slice them and fry in a pan till golden brown
Spread fried onions on a paper and crush them once they are cold
In a pressure cooker take one cup of oil
Add cinnamon sticks and cloves in it. Now add mutton and fry well
Fry till it changes the colour. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry
Fry mutton for a few minutes.
Now add green chilli paste and fry.
Now add a mixture of spices and yoghurt and fry.
Add 1 glass water and pressurize for 10-15 minutes.
Add crushed onions. Fry till gravy is settled.
Add green Cardamon. Keep frying.
Now dish it out and garnish with green chilli and ginger slices.
Serve with roti or Nan.
Note: You can increase the quantity of mutton and all ingredients accordingly.
