Potato Cheese Balls Recipe Ramadan 2024
A combination of potatoes and cheese can be considered as best in flavor. Potato cheese balls are a unique and easy to make the recipe. It is excellent in flavor and can be served as a snack , as a side dish, or sometimes as a whole meal. It is delicious and delightful. Try this easy and yummy recipe.
Ingredients:
1.Potatoes(1/2 kg)
2.Carrots(1/2 cup)(chopped)
3.Capsicum(1/2 cup)(chopped)
4.Red Chili Powder(1/2 tsp)
5.Dry Coriander(1/2 tsp)
6.Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
7.Salt(1/2 tsp)
8.Cornflour(2 spoons)
9.Bread crumbs
10.Cheese(1/2 cup)(shredded)
Method:
Boil the potatoes and Peel off the skin.
Now mash all the potatoes
Now add carrots, green coriander, green chili paste and capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
You must crush the dry coriander and then add. Mix them well
Now half a cup of shredded cheese. Mix it well
Now in a cup add two spoons of cornflour and water
Make small balls of potatoes
You can add cheese in the center by pressing the ball by thumb, making space for cheese, and then rolling with your hands to shape it.
Now dip the ball in the cornflour mixture and then roll in bread crumbs and put them in the fryer/Frying pan. You can also use egg and breadcrumbs instead of the cornflour mixture
Fry all the Potato cheese balls. Fry until the color changes to golden.
Put them in a serving dish and serve with Tomato ketchup.
