Quick Chicken Tikka Boti Recipe in 20 Minutes without Oven/Grill/Coal .
Chicken tikka is a tasty BBQ dish. It is one of the best way to enjoy protein with both taste and health .Normally people buy chicken tikka from the market for dinner, parties or else but u can easily make it at home we have created an easy and quick recipe for you to enjoy with little effort at home.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Boneless (300 gm)
2. Vinegar (2 spoons)
3. Salt (1/3 tsp)
4. Red Chili Powder (1/3 tsp)
5. Garam Masala (all spices powder) (1/3 tsp)
6. Garlic Powder (1/3 tsp)
Method:
Take 300 Gm Boneless chicken Piece.
Cut in Small Tikka Boti Style pieces & marinate with Vinegar, 1/3 tsp each of salt, red chili powder, garam Masala & Garlic Powder.
Keep rubbing and mixing chicken pieces so the masala is absorbed in Tikka Boti.
Now after ten Minutes of marination place them on the Seekh (Iron BBQ sticks)
Don’t put too many pieces on one Seekh otherwise, the meat will not be cooked properly.
Now put these Seekhs directly on fire at any stove. You can also BBQ these on coals.
Make sure that the flame is not too high and you must move the Seekh slowly on fire.
Keep cooking on direct fire and change the sides until the color is changed to light golden.
Now brush all the Seekhs with oil or ghee so they do not burn.
Keep cooking until the chicken Boneless tikka is ready. It is usually cooked within ten minutes.
Once the chicken color is changed cook it on low heat.
Chicken Boneless Tikka is ready! Serve it with Lemons and Sauce.
