Round Keema Kachori Recipe | Original Chicken Kachori for Ramadan 2024
Chicken Kachori is a special dish prepared in the holy month of Ramadan 2024. Kachori is also made in any tea party as a special dish on normal days. It’s more like a round chicken patise. Kachori is crispy and spicy but very tasty and aromatic. We are sharing a crispy round chicken Kachori including the preparation of Kachori filling, kachori dough, and making and frying of chicken kachori. Kachori filling is made with chicken keema or meat of chicken, beef, or mutton so it’s very high in energy. In this recipe, we are preparing Original Halwai crispy and Khasta Chicken Kachori which is also called Lahori Breakfast Kachori which is served with Halwa Puri. Ingredients List for making Chicken Kachori Filling
Fry 1/2 kg boneless chicken pieces in a Pan
Add one spoon of red chili powder
Add one spoon of Garlic powder
Filling:
Add one spoon of Black Pepper
Add the salt to taste
You can use a wooden spoon to make the chicken in small pieces
Now add green chilies
Mix all the ingredients and cook
Now add chopped Cabbage(Band Gobi)
Cook until all the ingredients are tender
Dough Making Recipe for Kachori:
Add two cups of Maida(All purpose flour) in a bowl
Add half a teaspoon of salt(Or to taste)
Now add a half cup of GHEE
Mix it with your hands and keep mixing until the ghee is mixed
Now add a little water to prepare the perfect dough
Our Kachori Dough is ready to Make small Para of all the dough
Put the Kachori Filling In a bowl and let it cool
Take half cup of Ghee in A bowl
Now add two spoons of Maida(All purpose flour)

Make small Roti (Round Shape)of all the Paras
Put all the Paras on Each other
Now make it more Flate and make a big roti
Now apply some more ghee and Maida mixture on this large roti

Now brush it with the mixture of ghee and Maida and Sprinkle some more maida
Now hold one side and roll the roti
Stretch it a little to make a perfect stick-like shape.
Now cut in Small Pieces by which you can easily make Para.
Now take each piece and make a para
Use a roller to make a small Roti Shape
Now add filling in one roti
Now put the other roti on it
Press all the sides so the filling remains in the Kachori
Now carefully put this Kachori in the hot oil
Make sure that the oil is not too hot as it will burn the Kachori
Change the side once it turns Golden
Our Round Kachori is ready. Put it in a serving plate and serve hot
