Shrimp Fu Young Chinese Recipe
Egg pancake omelet is a very healthy and tasty Chinese Cusine. You can add chicken or Fish in the pancake. It has Mushrooms so its very healthy and notorious Cuisine.
Ingredients required to Prepare Shrimp Fu Young Chinese Recipe:
- Eggs: 6
- Chicken broth: 8 ounce
- Shrimps or prawns: 4 ounce
- Carrot: (grated) 1
- Garlic: two cloves
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Corn flour: 1 teaspoon
- Beans (finely cut): 4 ounce
- Salt and pepper
- Soya sauce: 2 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Cooking Directions for Shrimp Fu Young Chinese Recipe:
Heat two tablespoons of oil.
Fry garlic and shrimps for one minute. ( Finely cut if there are prawns)
Add beans and grated carrot and fry. Add salt and pepper. When softer, put aside to let it cool.
Beat eggs and add salt and pepper.
Mix shrimps in the eggs.
Heat one tablespoon oil and add four tablespoon egg batter in the pan.
Fry on both sides.
Sauce:
Put the chicken broth on low flame and add vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix cornflour with some of the cool broth and add in the pan to thicken the sauce. Remove the pan from heat when the sauce is thick enough. Serve with the omelet.
