Spicy Chicken Meat Balls with Rice
Spicy Chicken Meat Balls with Rice is a delicious chicken meat recipe with rice. It has great taste and Aroma.
Ingredients
- For chicken balls: Chicken Mince/ Chicken breast ½ kg
- Egg: 1
- White pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
- Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Chinese salt: ½: teaspoon
- Baking powder: ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- For Rice:
- Rice: ½ kg
- Onion: 1
- Green cardamom: 5
- Chicken stock: 4 cups
- Cinnamon leaves: 2-3
- Cloves:4- 5
- Yogurt: 250 gm
- Black pepper red chilli:1 teaspoon each(crushed)
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Oil: 6 tablespoon
- Coriander to garnish
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- To make chicken balls chop chicken breast or use chicken mince and add eggs, black pepper, white pepper, Chinese salt, salt, and baking powder in the chopper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, put into boiling water, and take out after 5 minutes.
- Keep them aside.
- Now prepare rice.
- Strain-soaked rice.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry onions.
- Then add cinnamon, green cardamoms, and cloves. Fry for some more time and put the chicken balls and let simmer for five minutes
- Add yogurt, Red chili, black pepper powder, ginger & garlic paste, and salt.
- Now put chicken stock and rice, let it be cooked for ten minutes to dry water.
- sprinkle coriander leaves on rice.
- Spicy chicken meatballs with rice are ready.
