Spicy Masala Bhindi Recipe
Here we are sharing the Spicy Masala Bhindi Recipe by Erum Salman. This is a very easy recipe to prepare Bhindi but it is very tasty and full of flavour.
Ingredients:
1.Bhindi(Lady Finger)(1 kg)
2. Tomatoes 2 (Sliced)
3. Large Onions 2(sliced)
4. Salt (1/2 tsp)
5.Red Chili powder(1 tsp)
6.Black pepper(1 tsp)
7.Garam Masala(1 tsp)
8. Oil (1 cup)
9. Chicken cube
Cooking Instructions:
Take 1 kg Bhindi (Ladyfinger) wash it well and cut it only from the edges do not slice.
Take oil in a wok or pan and fry sliced onions a little do not cook just sotay and wait till pink.
Then strain the onions from the oil and put them aside.
Add 1/2 more cup of oil in the same wok and fry bhindi till it’s cooked. Then put it aside.
Now Take a little oil in a wok and fry sliced tomatoes in it cook till tomatoes are soft. Now add garlic paste in it fry well. Now add Salt, Chili powder, Black pepper,Garam masala and chicken cube. Mix very well cook the spices for 3 minutes and then add ready onions and bhindi.
Mix well and cover for 5 minutes on low flame.
Spicy Bhindi is ready. The Best in Taste
Serve with Roti or Naan
