Student Biryani Karachi Recipe
Biryani is the most famous rice dish worldwide. Biryani has many varieties and it is made with different types of meat. Some recipes are with mutton, some with beef, and mostly biryani is made with chicken. Student Biryani is actually famous among students because of its quick recipe and low cost. As we all know students have little pocket money and they want to enjoy the best flavors so Student biryani is the best solution for such cravings and needs We are sharing the Original Karachi Student Biryani Recipe. This restaurant-style recipe is quick and easy and very flavourful and tasty.
Ingredients To Make Karachi Student Biryani:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Rice 1 kg
- Onions 2 large
- Tomatoes 4-5 medium
- Zeera(cumin) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Anee Star 3-4
- Biryani Masala 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
- Food color 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method to Make Karachi Student Biryani:
Slice the tomatoes and put aside
Soak the rice after washing it well for at least 1/2 hour.
In a wok take water and add salt and anee star, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaves wait till the water boils add rice to this boiling water hard boil the rice, and put aside
Take 1 cup oil and fry chicken legs in it sprinkle salt and chili powder and add orange food colour.
When chicken is golden brown put it aside.
In the same oil add tomatoes and fry well also add all dry spices mix well and make a fine paste. Add fried chicken to this paste and make a fine curry. When ready put aside.
Now add boiled rice to the chicken curry and add food color on top put the rice on the low flame to give the rice a dum .
At the end mix the rice with the chicken well and dish the Karachi student biryani out.
