Whole Grilled chicken (Full chicken Tikka)
Whole Grilled chicken / Full chicken tikka is a very flavorful and special dish for celebration and Special Occasion. This recipe is actually easy to make with only a few ingredients however the taste and flavor are just amazing. Once grilled the chicken is juicy from inside and crispy from outside.
Ingredients
Whole Chicken
Salt One tsp
Red Chili Powder one tsp
Garam Masala one tsp
Garlic Powder one tsp
Vinegar Three table Spoon
OIL/Ghee
Cooking Instructions
Take a Whole chicken with or without skin.
Remove the neck and cut the chicken breast from the top so the chicken may fit in the grill.
Mix salt, red chili powder, Allspice Powder (Garam Masala ), and three spoons of vinegar.
Now spread this spice mixture on the chicken evenly and then make small cuts with a knife in chicken legs and Chicken Breast.
Marinate the chicken for one hour and rub the chicken skin twice so all the masala is perfectly absolved in the chicken meat
Now heat up the coal
Fit the chicken in the grill and put it on coal.
Keep the chicken on the grill on low heat and change the sides after three minutes.
Once the color of chicken changes then brush the chicken meat with oil or Ghee to prevent it from burning.
Keep cooking and change sides.
You may brush the chicken with oil twice.
Cook for a minimum of thirty minutes on low heat.
Now remove the chicken from grill and serve hot with salad and Bread.
This chicken pieces will be crispy like fried chicken and tender like steamed chicken
